We are ManifestWorks UK — a charity dedicated to disrupting cycles of disadvantage by providing pathways to living-wage employment in the film industry in London. We empower people who have been impacted by significant barriers, including homelessness, imprisonment or time in Local Authority care, by giving them the skills, connections, and support needed for a sustainable new career.

Since 2014, our parent charity ManifestWorks US has pioneered this approach, providing comprehensive job training, placement, professional and wellness support in Los Angeles. The impact can be seen in the economic gains the alumni have achieved since the charity's inception. Our goal is to replicate this proven model to the UK
