  • Targeted Focus: We focus on the film industry, which is uniquely indifferent to traditional employment barriers like formal educational attainment. Many successful careers in this sector begin with the foundational role of a Runner (Production Assistant).

  • Industry Connection: We leverage strong partnerships with London’s busiest commercial production companies. Our partners help deliver training modules, offer office space, and commit to providing paid work to our graduates.

  • Measurable Impact: Our model is designed to lead directly to living-wage jobs, with expected outcomes including significantly increased earnings, a high rate of sustained employment, and reduced reoffending rates and homelessness. 

  • Tried and Tested: The ManifestWorks UK programme is built on the successful, proven model of our parent charity, manifestworks.com, which has been operating in Los Angeles for 12 years, demonstrating long-term impact and a high rate of graduate success in the film industry.
