Jessie has dedicated her career to social justice and is passionate about creating opportunities for change and progression.

Ric Cantor, Chair of Trustees

Ric Cantor is an award-winning director and writer of commercials, television and film.

Coming from Manchester via London, he is now based in LA with his family and is committed to helping people from underrepresented communities into the film industry.

Diveen Henry, Trustee

Diveen Henry has worked as an actress in film, TV and theatre for over 20 years. She is also a writer and Pilates teacher.

Diveen is passionate about bring diversity and inclusion to the film industry.

Tom Mathew, Treasurer

Since 2020, Tom has been Director of Finance and Operations at Turn2us, a national UK charity that supports people facing financial insecurity. He has held similar positions in the charity sector for nearly 20 years.

He volunteers as an independent advisor to the board of Women in Prison and supports the governance (and planting and weeding) of a local gardening group in Southeast London.
