To be eligible for participation, we require those admitted: 

• Be able to prove legal eligibility for work in the United Kingdom.

• Avoid any activities that undermine the high professional standards of ManifestWorks.

• Be impacted by or have experience of homelessness, prison and/or care.

Once your application is completed, you will automatically be considered a candidate for acceptance.

For those applying to our programme, we review candidates’ applications and publicly available information to make a case-by-case assessment of each candidate prior to their acceptance into the programme.

Our application process involves a mandatory orientation and interview. If you commit to orientation or an interview and you don’t attend, or you don’t get accepted, we ask that you reapply.

We decide who to admit based on our ability to train and place course graduates into freelance employment in the film industry in London. Our admissions team includes ManifestWork staff, people with lived experience of prison, care and/or homelessness and working film industry professionals. This collective experience helps us determine those we are best able to support.

If you are accepted, and if you do well, our goal is to have you working as a freelance Runner during the cohort and certainly after it. 

If there are legal or logistical circumstances that inhibit class participation or placement in work, or you are engaged in other full-time commitments (college, another job training programme, a job you don't want to leave), it will limit your ability to take full advantage of ManifestWorks. 

Anyone unable to participate in ManifestWorks is welcome to reapply for a future cohort.
